Holiday Scented
-Balsam & Berries: exudes the holiday cheer with hints of citrus with a botanical blend of Siberian fir and warm cedar as sweet, sugared berries wrapped in layers of fruity delight. With Green accents, along with hints of amber, vanilla, and soft moss.
-Festive Mistletoe: Resinous pine with rich woods and pineapple.
-Hillbilly Mistletoe: a fun country take of the Christmas Holiday, as it has hints of fruit, green and pine top notes, slightly spicy, sweet middle notes of cotton candy, mossy, musky & sweet raspberry type bottom notes.
-Peppermint Swirl: has the aroma of minty fresh with sweet creamy undertones. Peppermint, vanilla cream and a touch of corn mint.
-Sweater Weather: has the aroma of minty pine blended with winter berries, laced with wood notes that lead to a velvet mossy undertone. Finished off with a lingering sweetness of vanilla musk.
-Sweet Spruce: a festive winter forest filled with white pine, Douglas fir and fresh spruce accented by hints of sweet raspberry, juicy Mandarin, vanilla bean and eucalyptus leaves

The moisturizing oils used in our soaps will produce a rich luxurious lather that will leave your skin clean and soft without stripping it of its natural oils. These soaps, like all our bar soaps, is made in small batches using the hot process method giving us control of all our expensive moisturizing oils and butters being 100% retained in our soap! Once the soap making process is complete our soaps are then super-fated with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Unrefined Shea Butter, Vegetable Glycerin & Vitamin E.
We use only the best quality, most environmentally and socially responsible ingredients. Our grade A Organic African unrefined shea butter is completely raw, unrefined and in its natural state, so it still contains all the vitamins and minerals naturally present in shea butter.
We take great pride in the making of each product, keeping it as natural as possible without any added additives, harmful chemicals or harsh ingredients. All our scented bars may be used for the face, body, shampoo or as a shaving soap.
*Please be advised that our soaps are made primarily as a face and body soap and MAY BE USED as a shampoo bar. Due to different hair types, it may work great as a shampoo for one and not so much for another.

SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise stated, all listings are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation provided. We make it a priority to swiftly process and ship all orders, typically on the same day or the following day of placement. We do NOT ship on weekends or Holidays. Please note that the estimated delivery date is the processing time Example: (1 – 3 business days) + shipping transit time. Currently, we only ship within the Continental US.
*Orders totaling $100 or more may be subject to Signature Confirmation upon delivery.
Do you ship to third-party freight forwarding or mail redirection addresses?
No, to protect our customers and ourselves we will not accept these types of address due to the high instances of orders not showing being received. If an order is placed by having one of these addresses, we will have no choice but to cancel the order.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping info on all orders. Any additional charges incurred for returns or extra charges by the freight company due to erroneous information are at the BUYERS’ EXPENSE. All refunds will have the original postage deducted even if the order was shipped for free. If reship is requested, then a deliverable address must be provided, and the additional postage fee will be collected before any orders are reshipped.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the event that your item arrives damaged, kindly notify us with clear and detailed photos WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery to facilitate a prompt resolution.
DELIVERY ISSUE
The tracking shows delivered but I have not received my package.
I have experienced more than once where the mail carrier discovered the package at the end of their shift, so they scanned as delivered and they deliver the next day.
PLEASE NOTE: Regardless, IMMEDIATELY contact your local post office responsible for your deliveries and report the issue requesting the GPS COORDINATES of the delivery location. This will determine the exact address the package was delivered to so it can be retrieved or if there was a theft you will need to report to the police. Just remember the quicker an issue is addressed the better the outcome!
DELIVERY DELAYS
We prioritize the prompt processing and shipping of all orders, usually fulfilling them on the same day or the following day of placement. Once the package is handed over to the shipping company, we relinquish control over the delivery timeframe. Our objective is to ensure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible, which is why we expedite our shipping process.
