SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise stated, all listings are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation provided. We make it a priority to swiftly process and ship all orders, typically on the same day or the following day of placement. We do NOT ship on weekends or Holidays. Please note that the estimated delivery date is the processing time Example: (1 – 3 business days) + shipping transit time. Currently, we only ship within the Continental US.
*Orders totaling $100 or more may be subject to Signature Confirmation upon delivery.
No, to protect our customers and ourselves we will not accept these types of address due to the high instances of orders not showing being received. If an order is placed by having one of these addresses, we will have no choice but to cancel the order.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping info on all orders. Any additional charges incurred for returns or extra charges by the freight company due to erroneous information are at the BUYERS’ EXPENSE. All refunds will have the original postage deducted even if the order was shipped for free. If reship is requested, then a deliverable address must be provided, and the additional postage fee will be collected before any orders are reshipped.
Due to the natural state of our products, we do not accept returns and Exchanges. If for any reason you should have a problem with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us so the issue may be resolved.
In the event that your item arrives damaged, kindly notify us with clear and detailed photos WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery to facilitate a prompt resolution.
The tracking shows delivered but I have not received my package.
I have experienced more than once where the mail carrier discovered the package at the end of their shift, so they scanned as delivered and they deliver the next day.
PLEASE NOTE: Regardless, IMMEDIATELY contact your local post office responsible for your deliveries and report the issue requesting the GPS COORDINATES of the delivery location. This will determine the exact address the package was delivered to so it can be retrieved or if there was a theft you will need to report to the police. Just remember the quicker an issue is addressed the better the outcome!
